Local Orders

We offer free local shipping within Singapore via Singpost's Smar-Pac registered mail right to your doorstep. All orders will be shipped within 3 working days. If you are purchasing from various designers, please note that you will receive multiple packages but won't have to pay for any additional shipping.

International Orders

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping across our designers (yet!). However drop us an email so we can get a custom quote just for you. 

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7 day exchange policy for sizes, defective or damaged items.  Certain items under Spot & Support, limited editions or otherwise declared under the designer's store policy are ineligible for returns.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return/exchange a product, please log into your dashboard and click on the Returns icon next to the order. Please fill in the information requested and we will contact you directly to continue the process. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
